Dr. Perry was able to eliminate the pain due to occipital nerve damage. There is a long recovery period, which he advised in advance. I have another 6 months; however pain management by another Dr. is making progress doable.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What do real patient results look like?

They are variable. The most meaningful patient stories are not simply “my pain score went from 8 to 2.” Patients talk about sleeping on the back of the head again, driving, returning to work, exercising, needing fewer medications, tolerating touch to the scalp, or having enough improvement to participate in family life.

Our public patient review pages include people who describe substantial improvement after occipital and other nerve decompression procedures, as well as comments about the evaluation and recovery process. Testimonials are useful for understanding what the patient experience can look like, but they cannot tell you your personal probability of success. People who post reviews are not a controlled clinical study.

For the website FAQ, I recommend linking readers to the review page while keeping published outcome data in the medical-reference section. That lets patients hear real voices without confusing testimonials with scientific evidence.
